3. Payment and Fees

Payment terms and fees are outlined in each service agreement. Full payment must be made before delivery of the final video content unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Additional costs, including travel expenses, are the responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project requirements and obtain necessary permissions for the use of locations, subjects, and other elements involved in video projects.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Colton Capture retains all rights to the raw footage and completed video content unless specifically transferred to the client in writing. Clients are granted a license to use the final video content as outlined in the service agreement.

6. Drone and 360-Degree Videography

All drone operations comply with local aviation laws. Colton Capture reserves the right to cancel or modify any drone-related services due to legal restrictions or adverse weather conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Colton Capture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued based on the stage of project completion and any costs incurred.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
